Construction can now be cancelled: the first major update for Frostpunk 2 has been released with lots of improvements
Studio 11 bit has released the first major update for the highly regarded city-building simulator Frostpunk 2.
Here's What We Know
In addition to fixing technical aspects, Polish developers have changed some mechanics. Thus, players will now be able to cancel building construction at any time, and the elimination of ice blocks can be completed with any number of cells on the map (up to eight).
11 bit has also worked on optimising Frostpunk 2. Obviously, this is not the last update of the game, the developers still have many large-scale plans, including the release of at least two story additions.
Frostpunk 2 is available only on PC for now, but the strategy will be ported to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in the future.
The full list of changes can be seen on the game's Steam page.
