M4 Macs now available for customers in Australia and New Zealand
On 8 November, customers in Australia and New Zealand will begin receiving their pre-ordered new M4 chip computers - iMacs, Mac minis and MacBook Pros.
Here's What We Know
The iMac has the M4 chip, which previously appeared in the iPad Pro, and the Mac mini uses the M4 and M4 Pro variants.
The MacBook Pro is available with M4, M4 Pro, or M4 Max chips in 14-inch and 16-inch versions. All models have improved memory (from 16 GB) and Thunderbolt 5 for faster data transfer speeds. In addition, the Mac mini has become more compact, and the iMac and MacBook Pro have nanotextured displays to reduce glare.
These new products are available at prices starting at $599 for the Mac mini, $1,299 for the iMac and $1,599 for the MacBook Pro. After Australia and New Zealand, sales will begin in other regions.
