The developer of Haunted Chocolatier has announced delays in the game's development due to the work on Stardew Valley 1.6 update. In his blog post, he explained that he had originally planned to focus on Haunted Chocolatier, but in the process of working on Stardew Valley, he became involved in the creation of new content, which led to significant changes in plans.

Here's What We Know

Although the development of Haunted Chocolatier is temporarily suspended, the author of ConcernedApe stressed that the game is still important to him. He has already created the main part of the game, which allows us to evaluate the basic structure of the project. The next step will be to refine the existing elements and add new content.

The developer also noted that he continues to work on Haunted Chocolatier independently, using the C# programming language. He does not plan to launch the game in the early access or crowdfunding mode, as he wants to avoid pressure from external factors and release the product only when he is sure of its quality.

He expressed his gratitude to the fans for their patience and support, assuring them that the game will be released. Despite the fact that the release date remains uncertain, the developer plans to share news about the progress in the future.

As a result, although Haunted Chocolatier is currently on hiatus, ConcernedApe assures fans of its commitment to the project and hopes to share new details about the game's world soon.
