Swippitt, a gadget that can replenish your phone's battery in seconds, was unveiled at the CES 2025 consumer electronics show.

Here's What We Know

Swippitt is an Instant Power System (IPS) that doubles the battery life and provides a charge to your smartphone in 2 seconds. The kit includes the Swippitt Hub, which looks like a toaster, and Swippitt Link, a smartphone protective case with a smart battery and an app to manage battery stats and security. To charge your phone, you need to insert it in the case into the Swippitt Hub, where a fully charged battery replaces a depleted one, which is then recharged in the device.

For now, Swippitt is only available for the iPhone 14, 15 and 16 models, but the company plans to expand support to the Samsung Galaxy S series by the end of the year. The Swippitt Hub costs $450, and the Swippitt Link case costs $120.

In January, the company is offering 30 per cent off the entire purchase and a CES special offer of $100. The system is expected to be ready to ship to consumers in June 2025.
