Rumour: Red Dead Redemption 2 and Tekken 8 will be among the first to be ported to Nintendo Switch 2
Information keeps popping up online about games that will be ported to the still-unannounced Nintendo Switch 2 console.
A few days ago we reported that one of the first such ports could be Rumour: Gotham Knights will be one of the first games ported to Nintendo Switch 2, but this new rumour is even more interesting.
Here's What We Know
A dataminer under the nickname Bouboune has analysed the database of French retailer FNAC and found out that popular games such as fighting game Tekken 8, FIFA (it's not specified which one) and the famous western Red Dead Redemption 2 could be coming to Nintendo Switch 2.
After researches with the EAN found in the leak, here's a list of games that will arrive on Nintendo switch 2 :

Dataminer Bouboune came to this conclusion by examining recently added EAN codes that reference said games and are tied to Switch 2. In addition, he saw that a certain secret (yet-to-be-announced) game from Bethesda will also be released on Switch 2. We dare to assume that this game will be the same novelty, the announcement of which is announced at the Xbox Developer_Direct, which will be held on 23 January. Earlier insiders claimed that it will be a remake (or remaster) of the cult RPG The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion.

EANs are barcodes that are needed to identify a product item in the base of a manufacturing company or shop. In different shops, the item gets the same EAN. If Bouboune is correct, new versions of Nintendo Switch 2 projects have the same EAN codes as versions for other platforms.
Typically, FNAC updates the database two weeks before official product introductions.
