Warhorse has big plans: in 2025, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will get three major additions and many free updates

RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released only on the 4th of February, and Warhorse studio has already published an ambitious plan for its post-release support.
Here's What We Know
Czech developers are preparing a lot of free content updates, which will start to be released in spring 2025.
They will include additional gameplay features, including horse racing, hardcore mode and the option to change the main character's hairstyle, among other features.
In addition to the free updates, three story add-ons for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 are planned for release in 2025:
- Brushes with Death in the summer;
- Legacy of the Forge in autumn;
- Mysteria Ecclesiae in winter.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Roadmap
All DLC will be automatically available to buyers of Expansion Pass and the expensive Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 edition, but they can also be purchased separately, although it will be a bit more expensive.
It is stated that in the DLC "Brushes with Death" Indřich (Henry) will meet a mysterious artist with a secret past, and in Legacy of the Forge the protagonist will follow in his father's footsteps and will restore Kuttenberg's forge and master this craft. In the third add-on Mysteria Ecclesiae, players will explore an ancient monastery in an attempt to prevent the spread of a deadly disease.
Warhorse noted that the release dates of add-ons and their content are still subject to change, but in general the developers plan to stick to the announced schedule. However, it remains unclear if they will limit themselves to three additions or if there may be surprises in store for players in the future.
When We Can Expect It
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will release on 4 February on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
