Hazelight Studios and EA have shared new information about the co-op adventure Split Fiction, which will be released on 6 March 2025. The game will offer a wide range of accessibility options to help those who find it difficult to complete such projects.

Here's What We Know

Hazelight Studios has focused on the accessibility of the game for different categories of players. Among the features:

  • Skipping checkpoints
  • Simplified commands instead of pressing buttons or rotating sticks
  • Adjustment of damage from enemies
  • Constant aiming point

And checkpoint skipping is a very important feature. Especially if you're playing with someone who doesn't spend much time playing games, or if you're just stuck somewhere for a long time and just don't know how to move on. And at the same time, you will save your nerves.

One of the key features of Split Fiction is the support for cross-platform play and the Friends Pass system, which allows one player to invite friends to play together without the need for a separate copy of the game.

Split Fiction on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will also run at 60 fps and in dynamic 4K.

The game's storyline will last about 12-14 hours, and additional content will increase the total duration of the game to 16-17 hours. Players will be able to explore various fantasy and sci-fi worlds, interacting with each other to overcome obstacles.
