Nintendo patent confirms Switch 2 has image scaling technology similar to Nvidia's DLSS

Here's What We Know
Nintendo has updated one of its patents, which describes the AI image scaling technology on the Nintendo Switch 2.
Omitting technical details, we'll note that Nintendo claims the ability to scale from 520p to 1080p and it looks like this option will not only be available in new games, but also in older ones. It is reported that Nintendo Switch 2 will be equipped with a graphics processing unit (GPU) from Nvidia, so there is a possibility that the upscale will not just be similar to DLSS, but exactly what it will be.
