Developer Bugbear and publisher THQ Nordic have announced that Wreckfest 2, a chaotic combat racer, has entered early access on PC. The launch of early access was accompanied by a trailer showing the current state of the game on Steam.

Here's What We Know

The trailer emphasises that Wreckfest 2 is still under development. The studio noted that bug fixes and adjustments will be made as players continue to interact with the game. They also introduced new technologies, including improved vehicle suspension, deformation systems, and physics of interaction with the driver.

According to the developers, Wreckfest 2 currently has a limited selection of tracks and vehicles. Players are encouraged to help identify any problems with the game, as well as provide feedback on potential new features for future updates.

In the Steam description, the developers said: "We need your support and feedback to make this game the best it can be." They also noted that Wreckfest 1 was a success in early access, largely due to community involvement, and they are looking to replicate that success.

Where To Play

Although the early access release is only available for PC, the studio has confirmed plans to release Wreckfest 2 on PS5 and Xbox Series in the future.
