Twitter is testing "dislikes" with a limited range of users
What everyone has been waiting so long for from Facebook, but never waited for, suddenly happened on Twitter. The competing social network with more adequate management behavior than one Mark Z. has so far provided an opportunity for some users to "downvote" other users' replies to their messages.

This change is not yet widespread and seems to only affect a select few. The ⬇️ button only appears in replies, not in the original tweet. It appears next to the ❤️ button as shown below.

As previously reported, "downvote" someone's response is not public and remains visible only to the authors of the original tweets. Twitter also claims that the button does not change the order or visibility of replies (yet). There has been no official announcement of a mass launch of the feature yet. For now, testing is limited to iOS and Twitter's web version.
