Developers from Korean studio Project Cloud Games have released an extensive gameplay trailer of their ambitious game The Relic: The First Guardian.

Here's What We Know

The Relic: The First Guardian is a dark action-RPG set in a world shrouded in darkness and inhabited by creepy creatures.

From the gameplay point of view the game reminds of souls-like projects, but there are some differences. For example, with a successful combination of blows, time slows down greatly, and the enemy recoils and loses his balance. The player can also use different types of weapons, such as a sword, dagger, axe, hammer or battle staff. There is also an option to use a shield.

The Relic: The First Guardian will have an open world with a lot of locations and characters, as well as the occasional random event.

The game looks good, but it's too early to draw any conclusions.

When We Can Expect It

The Relic: The First Guardian will not be released until 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
