A remake of the Until Dawn horror game may be created by Virtuos Studios, the developer of Metal Gear Solid Δ Snake Eater
Last week, reputable insider billbil-kun revealed that Sony will unveil an updated version of Until Dawn (2015) in the near future, probably even at the State of Play show tonight at 23:00 (CET).
In a previous piece, we wondered whether Until Dawn remake/remaster studio Supermassive Games (creator of the original) was involved in the creation of Until Dawn or whether another developer was handling the project.
Probably, we got the answer.
Here's What We Know
Attentive Reddit users found that the LinkedIn profile of animator Naceri Lu indicates that between December 2019 and March 2020 he worked at Virtuos Studios and one of the projects indicated Until Dawn, and in versions for PC and consoles, which is particularly interesting, because previously the game was released only on PS4. This completely correlates with billbil-kun's words, who says that the improved version of Until Dawn will be released not only on PS5, but also on PC.
Well, we won't have to guess for a long time, everything will become clear already today.
