The PlayStation website has a section on the PC versions of Sony projects

Sony has taken the PC market seriously. For several years now, games originally released as exclusives for PlayStation consoles are gradually released on computers.

To make it easier for gamers to navigate in what projects Sony got PC-versions, the Japanese company has created a special section on the official website. It provides two tabs: the games now available and coming soon.

Among the future PC releases at the moment there are only three games:

Marvel's Spider-Man remaster, which comes out August 12
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales (release fall 2022)
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection (release expected by the end of this year)

The site states that PC versions of Sony's games can be purchased on Steam and the Epic Games Store, and there is a lot of other useful information.
