Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has shown another new Pokémon

The new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer showed us a brand new Pokemon, very similar to the existing Diglett.

Here's What We Know

In early 2022, a lot of news about the Pokemon franchise began to appear on the web. Thanks to the constant new Scarlet and Violet trailers, fans got a look at the new Paldea region, open-world mechanics, and additional Pokémon that players will be able to catch.

The new Pokémon is a combination of new creatures for the franchise as well as existing pocket monsters. The name of the new creature is Wiglett. The webinar explains that the fact that Wiglett and Diglett have a similar appearance is just a coincidence, since the former burrows into the sand, while the latter is known to hide underground.
