Street of Rage 4 received a major update with over 300 improvements and new features
French developer Dotemu has released a major update for Street of Rage 4, which, among other things, adds new co-op activities, a special survival mode for the expansion pack, and over 300 other improvements.
Here's What We Know
With the special Mr X Nightmare DLC survival mode, players can now customise the mode using a variety of different settings. The update includes new co-operative moves, one of which allows players to deal damage by throwing friends to enemies. Players in the air can now press a special button to perform a unique attack. On the other hand, transitions between stages have extra time to avoid breaking the combo counter. In addition, the use of destructive objects will help players maintain their combos.
Some changes have also been made to characters, such as Estel Aguirre and Adam Hunter's, who have had their damage levels rebalanced across skills, or Floyd Iraia's, who has had a slight increase in speed and damage.
The update also brings buffs to enemies such as Zack, the Cherry boss, Yamato, and Signal. They will become stronger as players progress through the game, and their tools are now stronger than ever. Yamato has received a slight damage boost as Signal can now make enemies scream before they slide and throw.
Of course, this is only a small part of all the fixes and innovations, if you want to get acquainted with them in more detail, you can do it in the official patch notes.
