Cyberpunk 2077 developers unveil new details of Phantom Liberty major add-on at Summer Game Fest
CD Projekt RED recently promised to start sharing details of the Phantom Liberty add-on for Cyberpunk 2077 from June 2023, and has kept its word.
The Polish developers announced today that they will be offering press representatives a glimpse of the major expansion during Summer Game Fest, which will take place on June 8-9. And journalists, in turn, will share the information with the public.

It's possible that CD Projekt itself will publish new material about Phantom Liberty.
It's likely that Summer Game Fest will also include a release date for the long-awaited DLC, which the developers intend to release in 2023.
