Lumen, Niagara, HDR, DLSS, XeSS and other advanced technology: Layers of Fear developers showcase the horror game's incredible technical capabilities
Developers from the Polish studio Bloober Team have published a video about the technical capabilities of the reimagining and remake of Layers of Fear.
Game designers revealed that the game uses all the most advanced technologies that are available on Unreal Engine 5, including an advanced lighting system Lumen, the Niagara fine particle display system, ray tracing HDR, 4K resolution, DLSS, XeSS and some advanced in-game event control software.
Layers of Fear 2023 will include content from the two parts of the game of the same name and the add-ons, which will tie in entirely new events and characters.
The horror game could be one of the most technologically advanced games of our time and is sure to have high system requirements. Horror fans will be treated to an updated and improved immersive experience in a world of distraught artists.

The developers are promising a June release for Layers of Fear on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
