Elden Ring wins Nebula Literary Award for Best Video Game Script

The Nebula Awards ceremony for literature was held on May 14.

In today's format, the jury evaluates not only literary works in the science fiction and fantasy genre, but also other media formats, including films, TV series and, of particular interest to gamers, video games.

Here's What We Know

The 58th Nebula Awards have seen FromSoftware and Hidetaka Miyazaki's famous action-RPG, Elden Ring, win in the Best Video Game Script category.

It is worth noting that the plot and background of the game world wrote the famous George Martin - the author of the fantasy series "A Song of Ice and Fire", on which the TV series "Game of Thrones" is based.

Other games that have been nominated for the award include:

  • Horizon Forbidden West;
  • Journeys through the Radiant Citadel;
  • Pentiment;
  • Stray;
  • Vampire: The Masquerade - Sins of the Sires.
