Volorant will add the long-awaited Team Deathmatch mode
Fans of Valorant will finally get the long-awaited Team Deathmatch mode - it will be added in the update 7.0, which is scheduled for June 27.
Here's What We Know
"Team Deathmatch is on its way, and Maxbot has its finger on the pulse," the developers cheer, "Get ready for three new maps, high-octane action and plenty of ways to diversify your game. Four time-limited stages with no economy. Rebirth every 1.5 seconds. The team that reaches 100 kills first wins.
Each match will last 10 minutes (nine minutes and 30 seconds to be exact) and will be divided into four stages. Under the normal rules of team deathmatch, the team that reaches 100 kills first wins, or the lead team wins if the clock runs out early. The score will be leveled at draws.
You will be able to choose your gear at the start of the match and at each stage, or 'whenever you are in the spawn room.
"Your gear and its lethality will automatically improve with each stage," the team adds.
Team Deathmatch will be available on three dedicated maps: Piazza, District and Kasbah.
