The evolution of the cult shooter: journalists from gaming portals have tried out Payday 3 and shared their impressions
Journalists from gaming portals got a chance to try out the co-op shooter Payday 3 and shared their first impressions and gameplay footage.
Here's What We Know
The authors of materials agree that the Starbreeze studio has done a great job and created a game that surpasses the previous parts in every way.
Payday 3 will have a lot more gameplay features, for example, robberies can be done covertly to avoid the alarms and gunfire. On each mission, players will be able to choose between different entry points. For example, if in Payday 2 the bank was more often broken into from the back door, in the new game it can be done from the central entrance, close the doors, lower the blinds and start the robbery.
The developers of Payday 3 worked on the AI of the enemies, so now they act in a coherent and unpredictable way and pose a great threat to the players. Due to the fact that the enemies became smarter, their number decreased significantly, but it doesn't make the game easier.
There will be eight heists in the base version of Payday 3, but the developers will be constantly adding new content, including missions, weapons and other items.
By pre-ordering, depending on the edition chosen, players will receive a six-month or one-year Season Pass.
Journalists believe that Payday 3 is a proper and logical development of the series. Fans of the franchise will surely not be disappointed with the game.
When We Can Expect It
Payday 3 is scheduled to release on September 21, 2023 on Xbox Series PC and PlayStation 5.
