An open job posting on Avalanche Software's studio website may hint at the development of the second instalment of Hogwarts Legacy

There is a job opening on the Avalanche Software studio's website, which may indicate that the developer is preparing to produce a new game based on the Harry Potter universe (Harry Potter).

Here's What We Know

Most likely, Avalanche Software is planning to work on the second part of Hogwarts Legacy - this is hinted at by the vacancy for a Jr Software Engineer. The description says that the new specialist will work on the game "in the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes", which clearly points to the setting created by Joanne Rowling.

Of course, this can not be called a full-fledged confirmation of the development of Hogwarts Legacy 2, but earlier Warner Bros. said that they have big plans for the Harry Potter universe.

Recall, Hogwarts Legacy was released in February 2023 and became a real hit. Its sales exceeded 15 million copies and significantly exceeded the expectations of the developers and the publisher.

The Nintendo Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy will be released on 14 November 2023.
