Sony showed "golden" headphones for the PlayStation 4

Sony has announced a new "Golden Edition" of wireless headphones for the PlayStation 4 console.

What was shown

Gold Wireless Headset received small changes in design and insides. Added support for virtual stereo sound 7.1 and compatibility with PlayStation VR. Headphones began to look more accurate due to the reduced rim and redesign of cups. In them, the manufacturer added two microphones with noise reduction.

There were also minuses

The headphones are connected to the VR set via a 3.5 mm audio cable and do not have a built-in amplifier. This means that they will sound quieter when connected to the VR helmet. At the same time Turtle Beach - Stealth 350VR much cheaper and do not have such problems.

Question price

Gold Wireless Headset will cost Sony headphone fans $ 60, and shipments will begin at the end of February.
