Here's What We Know
The director revealed in a new interview with Radio Times that the film's script is almost ready and filming is likely to begin soon, which in turn hints at a possible 2025 release date.
"I'm just working on the final bits of it at the moment", Knight told - "The plan is to start shooting that in the middle of [2024]".
As of now, little is known about the plot of the Peaky Blinders film or whether characters from the series will be involved. But earlier, Knight said that he plans to shoot the film in Birmingham, where the events of the show unfolded.
Recall, the original series is set in the early 1900s and focuses on Thomas Shelby, a gang boss from Birmingham who is known for sewing razor blades to the brim of his hats and using them as weapons in constant battles for power in the city.
All six seasons of "Peaky Blinders" are available to watch on Netflix.
