The trailer for the crime thriller "Blood for Dust" with "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington has been released
We finally get to see the trailer of the film, which Variety described as "Breaking Bad meets Fargo". Intriguing, isn't it?
Here's What We Know
"Blood for Dust" was already unveiled at Tribeca last year, and now, ahead of its April release, the curtain has been pulled back on the mass audience by releasing a trailer.
Directed by Rod Blackhurst, the film stars Kit Harington, best known for his role as Jon Snow on Game of Thrones, and Scoot McNairy. The actors play old friends involved in drug smuggling.
Here's What The Movie Is About
A brief dialogue from the trailer perfectly reveals the essence of the film: “I don’t sell products that sell themselves,” Harington says in the trailer. This leads McNairy to respond, “You’re an arms dealer who sells drugs, Ricky.”
Here's the official synopsis to cover the plot in more detail:
The story is about Cliff, played by McNary, a travelling merchant who faces financial problems and doesn't know how to feed his family. He ends up getting drawn into the world of drug dealing after meeting his old colleague Ricky, Harington's character.
When We Can Expect It
The film is set for release on April 19.
