Microsoft Outlook has problems with spam filters

Many users of Microsoft's email service have reported that spam filters have stopped working. The problem is widespread and affects users from different regions.

If you're also currently inundated with spam, it may be worth temporarily disabling notifications for any email app on your phone that is connected to your personal Outlook account. This will prevent your phone from constantly waking up to show you spam notifications that you're definitely not interested in.

The Verge has reached out to Microsoft for an official comment.
