HIMARS first destroyed Russia's newest radar, the Predel-E, which was unveiled two months ago
The Ukrainian Defence Forces have destroyed a unique Russian development in the Kherson Region. HIMARS high-precision GMLRS projectile hit the "Predel-E" radar station.
Here's What We Know
The Russian military received the Predel-E in June 2023, although the prototype was demonstrated about two years ago. Two months later, the latest development was destroyed on the territory of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Defence Forces of southern Ukraine.

The statement says that the cost of the system is $200 million. There is probably a mistake here. It is hard to believe that a station based on a simple truck costs more than two of the most modern American fifth-generation fighters F-35 Lightning II, not including the engine.
Probably they meant Ukrainian hryvnias or Russian rubles. 200 million hryvnias is approximately $5.4 million, and 200 million rubles is about $2.1 million.
In addition to the Predel-E radar station, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed one each of the Leer-2 and Strizh electronic warfare systems, two Murom-P video surveillance systems, three cannons, one mortar, one tank and 34 soldiers of the Russian army.
