Here's What We Know
The video was published by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The operation involved a detachment of the Special Operation Force "Omega". Components of the Buk SAM system were destroyed in the Luhansk region.
An important target was the 9S18 Kupol detection and target designation station. The Defence Forces also managed to destroy the 9A310 launcher and 9K37 launcher, which are part of the Buk surface-to-air missile system.
Very often the Ukrainian military uses FPV drones costing about $500 to eliminate such targets. In this case, more expensive drones could have been used. This is hinted at by the presence of a thermal imaging camera.
