Larian Studios CEO Swen Vincke has revealed the company's plans to improve the Baldur's Gate III RPG.
Here's What We Know
Three hotfixes have already been released, which fixed hundreds of bugs. The fourth one is almost ready for release, and after it the developers plan to release the first full-fledged patch.
In this update the developers plan to fix more than a thousand bugs, both minor and critical.
In addition, Larian Studios is listening to the wishes of players and will implement the first of the gamers' requests in the second patch. Sven Vincke didn't reveal the content of the updates or their release dates, but promised that the work won't take too long.
Separately, the head of Larian Studios thanked the players for their support and constructive criticism.
We're all very enthused by your feedback. It's very rewarding. Our focus now is fixing any issues you report, but we are listening to suggestions. Current roadmap: a) Hotfix 4, b) Patch 1 (+1000 fixes and tweaks), c) Patch 2. The latter will already incorporate some requests.
