CD Projekt RED studio has not yet announced a release date for the free massive Update 2.0 for Cyberpunk 2077. However, the company's community manager Marcin Momot said that next week CD Projekt may finally reveal the release date of Update 2.0.

While the developers are deciding when to release the patch, Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account published an interesting video.
Here's What We Know
CD Projekt RED has published a gameplay video, which was created by blogger Much. The video contains the most interesting innovations in the combat system, which will appear in Update 2.0 and in the Phantom Liberty expansion. For example, the protagonist will be able to use a sniper rifle, and additional options will appear in close combat. An improved combat augmentation system will also add additional variation.

When We Can Expect It
The Phantom Liberty expansion will release on 26 September on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
