12 years before Valhalla and 900 years after Origins: in a new video, Ubisoft reminds us what period Assassin's Creed Mirage is set in
The premiere of Assassin's Creed Mirage is just three days away, and Ubisoft has decided to remind us of the time frame in which the events of the new instalment of the franchise take place in relation to the previous parts of the universe.
Here's What We Know
It is known that players will find themselves in Baghdad in the ninth century - a period historically referred to as the "Golden Age of Islam". The city was the capital of the cultural, scientific and economic life of the Middle East.
Mirage is set 12 years before Assassin's Creed Valhalla, 900 years after the Origins storyline and 338 years before the beginning of the storyline of the first part of Assassin's Creed - all key dates are indicated in the information video.
When We Can Expect It
Assassin's Creed Mirage will be released on 5 October for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and iPhone 15 Pro.
