Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3 remasters have received full Steam Deck compatibility
Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 was released in autumn 2023, but only now users of Steam Deck handheld console got the opportunity to go through the entire MGS trilogy.

Konami released the update 1.4.1 for Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1, the main innovation of which is full compatibility of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3 with Steam Deck, while the first part of MGS was available on these consoles before.
The developers guarantee the correct work of the cult stealth action games on Valve's device.

As a reminder, Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 includes five games and additional content, and a second remaster collection is rumoured to be in development, which will include MGS 4, MGS 5, MGS, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and MGS V: Ground Zeroes (the prologue to the fifth installment).
