Ghost ship brings new content to Witchfire: Ghost Galleon major update for the dark shooter from the developers of Painkiller and Bulletstorm has been released
Developers from Polish studio The Astronauts continue to develop shooter Witchfire, which is available in early access for Epic Games Store users.
Here's What We Know
The studio of Adrian Chmielarz - one of the creators of the famous shooters Painkiller and Bulletstorm - is actively working on improving Witchfire.
The company has released the biggest Ghost Galleon update so far and its name fully reflects the essence of the patch: a ghost ship with pirates on board really appeared in the game.
The developers have introduced a lot of new content to Witchfire, including:
- six playable classes;
- five new weapons;
- four new spells;
- seven new magic items;
- 10 new enemies (or variations of old ones).
Other elements of Witchfire have also undergone changes. For example, each game session now starts with the choice of character class, and you can increase the level of the hero gradually and without increasing the strength of enemies. In addition, the developers have improved the interface of Witchfire, making it more understandable and informative.
All the main innovations are shown in the colourful trailer:
