Developer Arrowhead Game Studios has announced that Helldivers 2 has gone gold, meaning that the game is ready for release:

Helldivers 2 is a sequel to the 2015 shooter. The game uses a third-person camera and improves accuracy. The basic mechanics of the game have not changed, as players fly to hostile worlds and spread the ideas of intergalactic democracy. There are many obstacles between strong enemies with thick armour and friendly fire from your teammates. Luckily, if you're alone, send an SOS and other players will fill in the empty slots.
Where To Play
The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and PC. Cross-play support will be available.

Helldrivers 2 will be released on February 8, 2024.
