At my breaking point - how are you separating work/home in WFH era?!
I'm seriously struggling with boundaries since going remote. My mental health is tanking because home doesn't feel like home anymore - just workplace with a bed. The laptop sits there taunting me every weekend. My partner says I'm "half present" even when supposedly off the clock.
After 2+ years of this, I'm starting to miss cubicles (words I never thought I'd type). At least when I left the building, work STAYED THERE. Now it's everywhere, all the time.
Some specifics making me miserable:
- Team in multiple time zones means meetings at 7am AND 8pm
- Manager "just checks in" on weekends and holidays
- Can't remember last time I didn't check email before bed
- Using my personal space for stressful work tasks
Those successfully managing WFH life - what ACTUALLY works? Not looking for Instagram-perfect solutions but real tactics from real people. At this point I'll try literally anything.

Tried similar approach by converting closet to mini-office. Closing doors feels like physically shutting work away. Better sleep immediately
