We wrote that Microsoft is closing Tango Gameworks, Arkane Austin, and two other studios. Arkane Austin is the creator of the failed Redfall shooter, but the studio was working on updates that we will never see again.

Tango Gameworks wasn't even saved by the hit Hi-Fi Rush

Void Engine is Arkane's own engine, but it was based on the id Tech engine.

Arkane is best known for its immersive games that allow you to immerse yourself in a fictional world and play through it the way you want. Most gamers have heard of at least one Arkane franchise - Dishonored. However, the studio has other interesting projects, and until 21 November, Steam is running a promotion where most Arkane games are 90% off.
