Ukrainian military hijacked a Russian DJI Mavic Pro quadcopter using the EDM4S Sky Wiper system

The Russian army lost a DJI Mavic Pro drone. Ukrainian soldiers hijacked it with a Lithuanian EDM4S Sky Wiper gun.

Here's What We Know

A few days ago we wrote about how, thanks to the EDM4S Sky Wiper, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down a Russian Eleron-3 reconnaissance drone. This time the Lithuanian gun helped not to eliminate, but to hijack the quadcopter.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed the final stage of the "special operation". The published video shows how the military land an unmanned aerial vehicle, the control of which was intercepted.

Flashback

Lithuanian residents raised €5 million to buy a Bayraktar TB2, but Baykar donated the strike drone. The funds ended up going to other purposes, including the purchase of the EDM4S Sky Wiper. Lithuania purchased 110 guns, which were distributed to 35 Ukrainian army units.
