The Japanese company Arase Aizawa Aerospace introduced a very unusual quadcopter. It has two names - Kunio and AZ1000.
Here's What We Know
The drone made its debut at the Nagoya Robodex exhibition. Arase Aizawa Aerospace calls its development a "super drone". The drone weighs 110 kg, and the engine from a Suzuki FSX-R1000 motorcycle provides more payload.
The AZ1000 is 3 meters wide and 1 meter high. For the drone to occupy less space, it is possible to fold down the propeller struts. The fuel tank has a capacity of 55 liters. Full tank is enough for 6 hours of flight without cargo.
Japanese drone can carry up to 150 kg of payload. If you need to transport cargo weighing 150 kg, the AZ1000 will not be able to fly for more than 2 hours. This should be taken into account.
