Dimensity 1080, Sony IMX766, 120Hz display and 5000 mA*h with 67W charging - that's what the Redmi Note 12 Pro will be

We continue to talk about what's in store for Xiaomi fans at the big presentation on October 27. We wrote about Redmi Note 12 Pro+ and Pro Extreme. Another new product will be the Redmi Note 12 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The regular Pro version will be almost no different from the Pro+ variant. Even it will get a Dimensity 1080 single-chip system and a 120Hz organic LED display. The smartphone will also offer users Wi-Fi 6, stereo sound, NFC and the Android 12 operating system based on the MIUI 13 shell.

The battery capacity will not change and will be 5000 mAh. But the fast charging power will be reduced from 120W to 67W. This maneuver the company performed last year when announcing the 11-series.

The second key difference between the Redmi Note 12 Pro and the Pro+ version will be the main camera. It will retain 8 MP and 2 MP sensors, but will not get a 200 MP module. Instead of the Samsung HPX sensor, it will use Sony's 50MP IMX766 sensor. But the company will not give up optical stabilization.

Price & When We Can Expect It

In conclusion we would like to add that the presentation of the new generation smartphones is scheduled for October 27. There is still no information about prices. Moreover, this does not happen often when we talk about models of the company Xiaomi.
