AD106 chip, 4352 CUDA cores, 8GB GDDR6 memory at 18 Hz and 220W TGP - GeForce RTX 4060 Ti specifications
Insider @kopite7kimi published the main technical parameters of GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card.
Here's What We Know
The GeForce RTX 40 generation Ada Lovelace series is currently represented by only two graphics cards: RTX 4090 and RTX 4080. Moreover, the latter was announced in two variants, but with time NVIDIA gave up the version with 12 GB of VRAM memory.
RTX 4060 Ti has a very short reference board. The PG190 still uses CEM5 connector.

The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will be based on the AD106-350-A1 chip with 4352 stream processors. This is a bit odd since the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti features a GPU with 4,864 CUDA cores. In addition, GeForce RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 have respectively 20% and 50% more stream processors than their predecessors.
The TGP of future graphics card will be 220W. Also there will be 8 GB of 18 GHz GDDR6 video memory in the model's arsenal. In addition, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will have a short printed circuit board.
