Lithuania raises €5m for Israeli air defence radars for Ukraine
Lithuanian residents have been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion. They raised money for the Bayraktar TB2 strike drone, then Lithuania bought six modern EOS C VTOL drones for Ukraine and named them "Magila" - they will help send the occupiers to the grave, before Lithuania has already collected for the second and is collecting for the third sea drone-kamikaze for Ukraine: they will be called "PEACE Yes" and "PEACE Duke. Now a coalition of four initiatives to support Ukraine has announced a new collection.
Here's What We Know
According to the journalist and collection coordinator Andrius Tapinas on Twitter, Lithuania wants to buy and transfer 5 modern Israeli-made air defence radars to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They expect to raise at least 5m euros for them.
