Ukrainian hackers attacked the account of a Russian blogger on AliExpress and ordered dildos worth $25,000 instead of drones for the Russian army

The Ukrainian hacker group Kiber Opposite hacked the account of Russian blogger Mikhail Luchin on AliExpress. The volunteer was raising money to buy drones.

Here's What We Know

Mikhail Luchin raised $25,000 to buy drones for the Russian army. The "volunteer" bank card was linked to an account on AliExpress. After breaking the account, the hackers spent the funds to buy dildos.

Ukrainian activists noted that the order was placed on 24-25 March 2023, and some goods had already been delivered to the buyer. At the same time, Luchin himself wrote that he was able to return all but ₽17,000 ($220) of the funds.

The hackers wanted to spend the money on the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, the card is tied to a specific address, meaning all items ordered will be delivered to Luchin's address.
