U.S. experts will test Russian intercontinental ballistic missile Sarmat
A U.S. inspection team will be able to inspect the Russian Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile. It will be inspected for about 18 months.

The terms of reference on Russia's government procurement website states that the final date for an inspection of the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile by U.S. experts is February 20, 2024. The inspection team will have access to the warhead, the first stage and the transport and launch container.
During the rocket demonstration, measurements will be taken with a dynamometer, levels, tape measures and measuring rods. Americans will also be able to take 20 color photographs.
The inspectors will have access to the intercontinental ballistic missile as part of the Treaty on Measures to Reduce and Limit Strategic Offensive Arms between Russia and the United States.
