The Israeli government has approved the sale of an advanced air defense system to the United Arab Emirates.

Reuters news agency writes about it, citing its sources. This is an anti-aircraft missile system Spyder, which is produced by the Israeli company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. The number of SAMs, the contract amount and delivery dates are not reported. All we know is that the United Arab Emirates submitted a request to buy the SAMs in July this year.

The complex includes a reconnaissance and control center, self-propelled launchers with four transport and launch containers and transport-loading vehicles.
