He will change everything - Northrop Grumman will show the next generation nuclear bomber B-21 Raider on December 2
The B-21 Raider nuclear bomber will debut in less than a month and a half. Northrop Grumman has officially announced the presentation date.

A month ago, we learned that the secret stealth bomber would be unveiled in early December. Northrop Grumman announced on Twitter that the stealth aircraft will be unveiled on December 2, 2022. The manufacturer posted a short video teaser that tells us the B-21 Raider will change everything.

The strategic bomber will be unveiled at Northrop Grumman's facility in California. The company already has six test planes, and the first flight is scheduled for 2023. Although the original plan was for the B-21 Raider to take to the air in 2021.
The aircraft was developed as part of the Long Range Strike Bomber program, which cost $50 billion. One bomber will cost about $500-550 mln. The U.S. Air Force wants 100 B-21 Raider and U.S. will invest $11.8 billion to modernize B-52 Stratofortress nuclear bombers. At the same time, the service has begun developing a plan to retire the B-1 Lancer and B-2 Spirit bombers.
