Great addition to the Korean K239 Chunmoo: Poland in talks with Lockheed Martin to buy 200 M142 HIMARS

We recently reported that Analogue to HIMARS: Poland signed a contract to buy 288 Korean K239 Chunmoo MLRS. Despite this, Poles also want to buy American multiple rocket launchers.

Here's What We Know

Altair edition told about it. They talk about 200 M142 HIMARS rocket systems. Poles are already negotiating with the manufacturer Lockheed Martin. The new batch will be in addition to 20 HIMARS, which Poland bought in 2019 and should receive in 2023.

Presumably, the contract could be signed as early as the beginning of 2023. It must be approved by the US State Department.

By the way, Poland recently Poland will launch production of elements for M142 HIMARS and K239 Chunmoo.
