The 2K12 Kub is a Soviet air defence system surface-to-air missile system. It was produced from 1958 to 1965. A total of about 600 SAMs were produced. The 2K12 Kub is mainly designed for the defence of tank divisions. The complex is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 20 kilometres.
