The huge world of Starfield will require a lot of free space on PCs and consoles. PC gamers will have to free up 140GB of space
Yesterday Bethesda announced that the space role-playing game Starfield"gone gold".
At the same time the developers revealed the date of the game preloading start: Xbox Series X|S owners can do it today, and PC-gamers will have to wait until the 30th of August.
Here's What We Know
Thanks to the start of pre-loading, it became known how much space the game will take on the hard drive of the computer and Xbox Series console. And, perhaps, on this parameter, Starfield will be one of the most demanding games of 2023:
- On Xbox Series, the game will take up 126.1GB;
- 139.84GB on PC.

Given the sheer scale of the game, this amount of free space needed doesn't seem surprising.
When We Can Expect It
