• Discrimination - the discriminated population cannot participate in elections.
• Excluded oblasts - only the population from the included oblasts has the right to vote.
• Politically inactive population.

The movement of suffragettes

• The adoption of a law on the right to vote for women will significantly increase both the percentage of the working population and the percentage of voting dependents.

• By 1836, support for this law was very low among interest groups.

• After studying political agitation, the suffrage movement is gaining momentum - a record of women's suffrage appears in the magazine and events are launched to develop or ignore / suppress the movement.

• Elections are held every four years in countries that have relevant laws.
• The election campaign will begin six months before the election.
