Bayraktar AKINCI strike drone with Ukrainian engine participates in international exercises involving NATO elements for the first time
On June 20, international aviation exercises began in Turkey Anatolian Eagle-2022. An attack unmanned aerial vehicle takes part in them Bayraktar AKINCI with a Ukrainian-made engine.

AT Anatolian Eagle-2022, in addition to Turkey, the UK, Pakistan, Jordan, Azerbaijan and elements of NATO are taking part. The exercises will last until July 1. Their goal is to increase the level of operational training of pilots and air defense personnel, as well as to develop methods for minimizing losses and maximizing the efficiency of the tasks performed.
How are you going to test Bayraktar AKINCI within Anatolian Eagle-2022, not yet known. So far, the Turkish Ministry of Defense has limited itself to publishing two photos of an attack drone at the airfield. Recall that last week the UAV successfully struck surface target near the Black Sea from a distance of 30 km, having overcome 800 km for this.
