First they were collecting for a quadcopter, and now for a lawyer: a Russian truck driver was detained in Estonia for trying to smuggle a drone for the army out of the country

Russians have been hard at work raising money for an unmanned aerial vehicle for their army. But now they have to raise some more money for a lawyer for a Russian who bought a drone, but could not get it out of Estonia.

What we know

A funny story happened to a resident of the Pskov region. Vladimir Shilov works as a truck driver. He decided to support his army and launched a fundraiser in social networks for a quadcopter. He went to Estonia, whose citizenship he also has. While trying to leave the country with the drone, the Russian was detained by local security police.

Shilov was taken into custody and now faces up to five years in prison. Estonian authorities regarded the actions of the Russian resident as support for an act of aggression by a foreign state. Once a week Shilov can call home. Now the prisoner's wife is collecting funds for a lawyer for her husband.
